On-Site Food Training Sessions

  • ISO 22000: Food Safety Management Systems
    Many large retailers have been requiring certification to the ISO-22000 internationally recognized Food Safety standard as part of their supplier qualification program. LANGE CONSULTING will train your employees on the requirements of the standard and provide you the tools necessary to ensure that you are prepared for a third party registration audit.

  • Internal Auditor Training: A HACCP Auditor uses various tools and techniques to examine, question, evaluate and report on that system’s adequacy and deficiencies. The HACCP Auditor analyzes all elements of the system and reports on system compliance. This one day class will review the auditor’s role along with the relationships and responsibilities of the auditor and auditee. General audit and documentation requirements will be reviewed.

  • Vendor Evaluation Program: Lange Consulting provides full-service, customized vendor evaluation programs to customers who want to ensure that their vendors meet consistent food quality objectives. The audit services involve monitoring vendor food safety practices, HAACCP-based Food Safety Management Plans and implementation of existing procedures.

Full Service Food Safety Consulting Program

LANGE CONSULTING will be responsible to work with individual groups on developing and documenting a comprehensive food safety program. Documentation will include a combination of process flow charts and detailed text documents. Throughout the documentation phases, Lange Consulting will work with key managers on identifying the best practices to implement.

Work assignments will be defined after each session. Assistance will consist of both on-site and off-site documentation development and review.

Lange Consulting will validate the process with a semi-annual audit program that will review the HACCP plan and GMP’s against actual practice. Deficiencies will be noted and action plans required.
