Full Service Food Safety Consulting Program
LANGE CONSULTING will be responsible to work with individual groups on
developing and documenting a comprehensive food safety program. Documentation
will include a combination of process flow charts and detailed text documents.
Throughout the documentation phases, Lange Consulting will work with key managers on identifying the best practices to implement.
Work assignments will be defined after each session. Assistance
will consist of both on-site and off-site documentation development
and review.
Lange Consulting will validate the process with a semi-annual
audit program that will review the HACCP plan and GMP’s against
actual practice. Deficiencies will be noted and action plans required.
